Our aggregation of mines produces a range of low to high calorific value thermal coal as well as metallurgical coal to cater to the various needs of our end users. While customers in Japan and Europe typically require high value thermal coal, customers in China, Korea and Taiwan often specify medium to high calorific value. Newer power plants in India, Indonesia and Thailand, on the other hand, increasingly utilize low value thermal coal. Our diverse and flexible portfolio of coal products has already enabled us to secure customers in Japan, China, South Korea and Indonesia. We feel that our diversified customer base helps to mitigate the impact of cyclicality in any particular industry, whether it is steel production, power generation, cement or general manufacturing, while also diversifying our revenue stream and reducing country and region specific macro economic risks.
