In 2012, under the direction of the Director for Business Control, the Company is formulating a complaint / whistleblowing system.

The implementation of this system is intended to provide opportunities to any parties who expect information related to violations of the principles of Good Corporate Governance, of the Company’s codes of ethics, of acts of collusion and other acts that may have a negative impact on the Company’s operations. The management will guarantee the confidentiality and protection on anyone who delivers the information to the aforementioned address. This system will also provide full protection and security to the informer.
